Our minimum order quantity for private label is 1,000 units per SKU. This applies to most liquid and capsule formulas. Some specialty formats such as softgels or sachets may have higher minimums — your account manager will confirm the exact MOQ when you request a quote. There is no maximum — we scale with you from 1,000 to 500,000+ units per run.

Most private label orders ship within 3–6 weeks of receiving your approved label artwork and purchase order. The timeline includes production, QA testing, third-party lab verification, labeling, and packaging. Rush production is available for existing clients with a prior batch history — contact us to discuss priority scheduling for time-sensitive launches.

With private label, you own your brand and label — but the underlying formula is part of our shared stock library. Other brands may use the same base formula with their own label. If full formula exclusivity is important to you, we recommend our custom formulation service, where you own the IP outright. That said, your brand positioning, label design, and marketing are what differentiate products in the supplement market, not just the formula itself. We never disclose client relationships or share your brand information with other clients.

All private label orders include our compliant Supplement Facts panel preparation, FDA labeling checklist review, and label layout assistance. Full label design services (custom artwork, typography, graphic design) are available at an additional fee through our in-house design team or a referral to one of our supplement-specialized design partners. We also provide detailed print-ready templates sized for your specific container format.

Absolutely — and this is a common growth path for our clients. Many brands start with a private label formula to validate their market, then reinvest revenue into a custom formula development project once they've established their brand and customer base. We retain all your manufacturing records, QA history, and supplier relationships from your private label production, making the transition to custom manufacturing smooth and informed by real production data.
