State-of-the-Art Facility

Manufacturing Capabilities

Purpose-built equipment, validated processes, and expert operators — delivering consistent, compliant supplement production at any scale.

Liquid Manufacturing Suite

Liquid Supplements

Our dedicated liquid manufacturing suites are the heart of our operation. Multiple independent rooms allow simultaneous production of different formulas without cross-contamination risk, each equipped with dedicated HVAC, controlled-temperature storage, and validated cleaning procedures documented to cGMP standards.

Mixing vessels range from 50-liter pilot scale to 500-liter full production scale, with in-line homogenization capability for emulsified products. All vessels feature stainless-steel 316L construction, integrated CIP (clean-in-place) systems, and temperature-controlled jacketing for heat-sensitive formulas.

Filling lines support bottles from 1 oz to 32 oz, with servo-controlled fill accuracy of ±0.5%. Induction sealing, nitrogen flushing, and tamper-evident capping are standard capabilities on every line.

Solid Dose — Capsules

Capsules

Our capsule encapsulation lines handle dosator and tamping-pin technology for consistent fill weights across capsule sizes 000 through 5. Our in-line weight-checking systems automatically reject out-of-spec capsules, ensuring uniformity throughout the run.

Standard in-process controls include fill weight verification every 15 minutes, disintegration testing per USP standards, and appearance inspection under calibrated lighting.

Capsule Specifications

  • Capsule sizes 000–5 (all types)
  • HPMC, pullulan, gelatin shells
  • Automatic in-line weight reject
  • Rotary tablet press (multi-station)
  • USP disintegration testing
  • Capsule polishing & band sealing
  • Batch sizes: 1,000 – 200,000 units

Powder Blending

Powder Blends

Homogeneous powder blending is both a science and an art. Our blending department is equipped with multiple blender types — chosen specifically based on ingredient characteristics such as particle size, density, electrostatic properties, and blend time requirements.

For bulk production, our ribbon blenders produce 100–600 kg batches with optimized fill ratios and validated mixing times. V-blenders are reserved for smaller batches requiring high-shear distribution of micro-nutrients or active compounds at concentrations below 1%. Granulation capabilities — wet and dry — are available for improving powder flow properties and dissolution.

Finished powders are sampled per ANSI/ASQ acceptance sampling tables and tested for blend uniformity, moisture content, and particle size distribution before packaging.

Blending Equipment & Capacity

  • Ribbon blenders (100–600 kg batches)
  • V-blenders (5–200 kg batches)
  • Wet granulation (high-shear)
  • Moisture content analysis (KF)
  • Particle size distribution analysis
  • Pouches and stick packs
  • Batch sizes: 1,000 – 250,000 units

Herbal Extraction

Herbal Extraction

Our extraction laboratory operates as an independent, dedicated production area with its own environmental controls, solvent handling infrastructure, and analytical equipment. This setup allows us to run extraction operations in parallel with our manufacturing lines, reducing lead times for products that require both extraction and finished-goods production.

Water extraction (decoction, infusion, percolation) is performed in stainless jacketed vessels with temperature control and timed agitation.

All incoming botanicals are identity-tested by our in-house QA team and cross-referenced against our approved supplier database before processing begins.

Extraction Methods & Equipment

  • Water (aqueous) extraction vessels
  • Vacuum concentration/evaporation
  • Botanical identity testing
  • Heavy metal screening
  • Microbial testing (pre & post)

Packaging Lines

Packaging Lines

Our packaging department is fully equipped to handle all primary and secondary packaging formats required by the supplement industry. Multiple automated and semi-automated lines allow us to run different SKUs simultaneously, with rapid changeover procedures that minimize downtime between format changes.

Primary packaging includes bottling lines (glass and PET plastic), capping, induction sealing, labeling, and pouching. Secondary packaging includes case packing, shrink wrapping, banding, kitting, and insertion of literature, desiccants, and tamper-evidence seals.

Label application is performed on calibrated, vision-inspected applicators that verify label presence, position, and barcode readability for every unit. We maintain GS1-compliant barcode capability for all major retail and e-commerce channels.

Packaging Capabilities

  • Glass & PET bottle filling (1–32 oz)
  • Pressure-sensitive label application
  • Shrink-sleeve label application
  • Induction sealing (all bottle sizes)
  • Stand-up pouch filling & sealing
  • Sachet & stick pack production
  • Case packing & palletizing
  • FNSKU/Amazon FBA labeling
  • Kitting & bundle assembly
  • GS1 barcode compliance

Production Capacity & Lead Times

Production Capacity & Lead Times

Our manufacturing capacity is designed to serve both emerging brands and established companies scaling their production. We intentionally maintain flexibility by segmenting our production schedule into dedicated pilot run days and high-volume production runs, ensuring new product development doesn't compete with established batch production.

Lead times vary by product type and complexity. Private label selections from our stock formula library typically deliver in 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom formulations with development and stability work require 10–16 weeks from project kickoff to first production lot.

Rush production options are available for established clients with prior batch history. Contact our team to discuss priority scheduling for time-sensitive launches.

Capacity & Lead Times

  • Minimum batch: 1,000 units
  • Maximum batch: 500,000+ units
  • Private label lead time: 3–6 weeks
  • Custom formulation: 10–16 weeks
  • Reorder lead time: 2–4 weeks
  • Rush option available for existing clients
  • 5-day production week
  • Multiple simultaneous SKUs possible
  • Pilot run days (Tues & Thurs)
  • Annual capacity: 10M+ units
